There are several dimensions of wellness including occupational, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, physical, social, and intellectual wellness. Each dimension is interrelated with another and is equally vital in the pursuit of optimum health. By addressing all dimensions of wellness in our lives builds a holistic sense of fulfillment.
