About the event

Come join us at the F.A.S.T. Holiday Training Camp. Open to all youth (4-18 years old). Join us for a full week of group training, exercise, mentoring, activities, and competitive games. Come out to sharpen your footwork, do some recovery work, work on your speed, strength, and agility! 

Jr. Elites (4-9 years old) 10am-11:30am

Elites (10-18 years old) 1:00pm-3:00pm
