Service Description

Workout out with a buddy, friend or spouse at a discounted rate. Buddy Rates come out cheaper than the standard per session rates. Daily customized Moderate to High Intensity workouts including static and dynamic stretches, weight lifting, resistance training, and cardio exercises aimed to reach personal fitness goals. Monthly packages ensure two free sessions per month at standard rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. Clients must provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions. 2. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled session will result in a full charge for that session. 3. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the trainer. 4. Clients are responsible for communicating any scheduling conflicts promptly to avoid charges. 5. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged at the full session rate. 6. Packages or memberships may have their own cancellation and refund policies, as specified upon purchase. 7. The trainer/coach reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy with reasonable notice to clients.
